The Pearl of Greatest Price

Thank you to all of you who participated in the auditions. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of talent that San Angelo demonstrated! From the youngest of our Young Clara’s, to the most mature Frank’s, I am very impressed.

We will be going over the video and reading our notes, and expect to make the decisions on the cast by the end of the month. Please have patience with the process - we are doing our best not to rush this most important aspect of the movie. Pray for the casting team.

Hopefully soon, we will have pictures of the audition time on the website

The Pearl Project was featured on our two local TV stations this last Sunday and Monday!

Having these messages out there really helped in spreading the word - 10 volunteers came in from Sunday night through Monday alone! The first one, from KLST, was near perfect in the message it delivered.

The second one, from KSAN, got it wrong with who’s responsible for the movie, stating this was a Glen Meadows Baptist Church project. Of course, it’s not - We have volunteers representing over 10 different churches from numerous denominations that are now involved. But still, these broadcasts have helped the grassroots movement grow. Keep at it! Bug YOUR church leadership to announce the project, if they have not yet done so!
